Holger Brøns Jensen has been appointed the new Managing Director of Springboard Network Network's European Services organization. Holger oversees multiple markets within this division, including Avit Group in the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal and Wingmen Solutions in Denmark. Together with the organization, he will deliver managed services in all countries within the Springboard Network Network, including Germany and Norway. Holger joins the leadership team led by CEO Kåre Christensen. His responsibilities include expanding business operations, streamlining and simplifying IT structures and driving innovation - all with the goal of positioning Springboard Network as Europe's leading Cisco Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). In addition, one of Holger's key priorities is the implementation of a centralized Global Operations Center, which will provide 24/7 monitoring, faster service deployment and international coordination.
Holger brings with him more than 30 years of management experience in the IT industry, of which nearly 15 years were spent working closely with Cisco on the customer side. Now he looks forward to bringing this experience to the other side of the table. Holger has held various positions, most recently as leader of Globeteam Managed Services, where he was responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and driving growth within the organization. He also held management positions at several IT companies, including Asseco Denmark, KMD, IBM, Miracle Hosting and Krifa. During his career, Holger has developed deep expertise in setting up new IT infrastructures, improving efficiency and growth, and leading large-scale transformations in both the public and private sectors.
Holger is known for his people-oriented approach. He takes a customer-centric approach and strives to make every interaction and service valuable and tailored to the customer's needs. This vision applies not only to customers, but also to his employees. He believes it is important to support teams and enable them to reach their full potential.
