More than a logistics process

As a full-service fulfillment service provider, we believe hardware delivery is more than just a logistics process. We believe it is important that ordered equipment is delivered carefully, efficiently and ready to use. Therefore, we distinguish ourselves by offering the following capabilities as part of our Fulfilment services:

• Insuring the hardware so that shipping damage or defects are not an issue.
• Storage and inventory management: equipment can be temporarily stored with us, for example as a spare or for projects. You can have this at your disposal again at any time.
• Performing a DOA check (Dead On Arrival). If a product is defective upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement.
• Staging, or unpacking the hardware, installing software and licenses, performing initial configurations and testing, and packing up again.
• International Transportation: We handle all transportation and billing, including international deliveries.
