Avit, network integrator and managed services provider, appoints Hamid Abedini as Managing Director of Avit Netherlands. With this appointment, the company aims to strengthen its focus on growth, efficiency and social responsibility. Abedini brings with him extensive experience within Avit , where he has held various roles since 2012 and served as Chief Commercial Officer until today.
In the role of Managing Director, Abedini will focus on realizing Avit Netherlands' growth ambitions. The organization has experienced impressive growth in recent years and Abedini aims to continue this positive trend. Ronald Kraanen will remain involved as executive director on the board of Springboard Network BV, the holding company that includes Avit . Ronald's main focus with Springboard Network is further expansion in Europe.
Growth, efficiency and ESG
In addition to driving growth, Abedini will take strategic steps to increase efficiency. Together with the management team (MT), one of his goals in the coming period will be to further develop Avit as a secure managed services provider. The management team comprises Thuur Tonnaer (Sales and Marketing), Robert van Zanten (Operations), Henk Jan Kok (Projects and IT) and Nadeche Goeree (Finance).
Another topic of strategic importance to Abedini is sustainable, social and corporate responsibility. Avit has integrated ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) within the organization. In the coming years, good employment practices, a sustainable portfolio and a positive social impact will have an important place on the MT's agenda.
