Vianen, Sept. 16, 2024 - Springboard Network, European network of Cisco specialists, continues its expansion in the Nordics with the acquisition of Norwegian IT company Friday Networks. This acquisition is another step in Springboard Network Network's growth, following its previous acquisition of Wingmen Solutions in Denmark in 2022.

Friday Networks is an established Cisco specialist and solution provider in networking, security, collaboration, and cloud services. The company offers both consulting services and customized solutions that meet the needs of customers in a variety of industries. This acquisition allows Springboard Network to further expand its expertise in managed services and Cisco solutions in Europe.

Strengthen position in the Nordics

Norway is an interesting market for Springboard Network, similar in many ways to the market in Denmark and the strong relationships Friday Networks already has within various markets. With this move Springboard aims to further strengthen its portfolio and further fulfill its ambition to grow into a leading player in Europe.

Through this acquisition, Friday Networks will move into a leading position in Norway with the help of Springboard Network , including achieving Cisco Gold Partner certifications and attracting new talent. The acquisition will also promote cooperation within the Springboard group and enable knowledge exchange, allowing customers to be served even better.
