WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a Collaboration Engineer you will carry out project-based work at medium-sized and enterprise customers in the Netherlands and abroad. With a team of colleagues, you implement environments based on the latest Cisco technologies. Our customers get Collaboration solutions that fit the modern place: with the mobility issues, data center environments and application and collaboration platforms that go with it. Among other things, you will create a functional and technical design and then take care of the implementation or migration. 

WHAT TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

• Correctly, efficiently and independently execute various projects under the direction of a Project Manager within a project team;
• Independently develop your technical knowledge, keep it at a consistently high level and be willing to share it with colleagues;
• Co-responsibility for building knowledge and experience within the 'Collaboration' knowledge team;
• Keep up with relevant market developments;
• Ability to function as an interface between our customers and our own organization;
• Achieve set project goals as member of the project team.

WHAT DO WE ASK FOR?

• A demonstrable Higher Vocational Education work and thinking level. A completed ICT training is a plus;
• You have proven experience of at least 3 years as a Project Engineer;
• You have a valid Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification or are willing to obtain one in the near future;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. German and/or French is a plus;
• You are familiar with working in accordance with the standards as stated within ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO14001;
• In possession of a driver's license (B).
• You are enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn and have solid experience performing implementations on a project basis. In addition, you have experience troubleshooting within the various Cisco and Microsoft Collaboration technologies;
• You believe it is important to deliver quality and take proactive initiative to improve services;
• You have a real passion for Collaboration technology with a primary focus on the Cisco portfolio;
• You have knowledge of and demonstrable experience with one or more Cisco Collaboration technologies such as: Call Manager, HCS, ContactCenter Express and/or Enterprise, Unity, Expressway, CMS, Webex Teams, Webex Calling;
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 integration are a plus;
• You have experience in creating functional and technical designs for complex Cisco Collaboration environments;
• Additional knowledge of or experience with third party products such as PeterConnects, Kurmi, voice recording and/or reporting tools are a plus;
• Knowledge of and experience with Python and Javascript programming languages are a plus.
