Avit Group has supported PortoMotive in its move to the Microsoft cloud platform Azure. PortoMotive facilitates car body specialist ASN Autoschade with its own developed software in realizing its ambitions for high-quality and safe car body repair. The new cloud solution will help achieve these ambitions and facilitate the entire business. In addition, the migration provides more flexibility, scalability, cost savings and data security has been raised to the desired level.
Achieving ASN's ambition requires greater flexibility and scalability. We looked at on-premise and cloud solutions. The choice for the transition to the cloud was made based on a Proof-of-Concept conducted by Avit. Because the project was fully thought out in advance, the transition period went smoothly and users were not inconvenienced. In just 60 minutes, all systems were migrated to the cloud. ASN employees now benefit from a faster and safer environment. Avit also takes care of the management of the environment and helps to further optimize ASN's IT environment.
