Kenny Wauters understands this well. As an experienced Account Manager at Avit, he places a great deal of
value on strong customer relationships and teamwork.
Since the beginning of 2022, Kenny has been working at Avit as a Senior Account Manager. He enjoys
cultivating strong customer relationships. "I regularly have coffee with customers to see what's on their minds,"
he says. "That's important to us as a partner. We want to support our customers in their growth and solve their day-to-day IT problems."
Kenny has his sights set on the long term. "I'm someone who likes to build. The challenge at Avit that came my
way greatly appealed to me. To elevate Avit Belgium as well as Avit Group to a higher level. You have the opportunity

Before joining Avit, Kenny held various roles. "I started in a very small company, then worked for a large
corporate for ten years, and later launched a spin-off for Eurofiber in Belgium. The common thread in everything
I've done is building strong customer relationships."
"At Avit, I work with customers in various industries. From Nike to TriFinance. For TriFinance, we're currently renewing
the network and enhancing security. We're also setting up a modern workspace there, spread across thirteen offices
in four countries. Complex projects like these energize me. When we can offer a suitable strategy and solution together, it's very fulfilling."
"Every customer conversation is different," says Kenny. "That's what makes it interesting and keeps you flexible.
After the initial discussions, I make sure the right colleagues join at the right time. That way, I bridge the gap between
the customer and the technical organization."
That organization specializes in Cisco and Microsoft. "You don't often see IT companies putting all their eggs in one basket.
It means we have a lot of expertise in-house. We also have the freedom to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them.
These are all reasons why I enjoy working here."
