Avit and Wingmen collaborate to build Springboard Network: European network for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity specialists

Vianen, May 24 2023 – Avit, network integrator and managed service provider, is partnering with Danish company Wingmen to create a leading European network of like-minded entrepreneurial IT infrastructure and cybersecurity specialists, supported by Dutch private equity firm Quadrum Capital. Operating under the umbrella label "Springboard Network," both parties aim to develop a specialized network of IT infrastructure integrators and managed security service providers. Companies joining as new labels will continue operating under their own names but will collaborate on new initiatives and share knowledge and resources.

Avit and Wingmen are the first two parties to be part of Springboard Network. Both labels anticipate the addition of synergistic industry peers in the near future, and several initiatives and discussions are already underway. The goal is to establish a tight and powerful network of cybersecurity and networking specialists, two complementary specializations. In this way, Springboard Network aims to compete with major European players.

New labels will enjoy various benefits. Collaborative efforts in investing in competencies will enable faster growth for the participating parties. Additionally, participating labels can offer services from other labels to better serve their own customer portfolios. Furthermore, offering international careers within affiliated labels can help attract IT professionals in this competitive job market. The network aims to be a "springboard" for the future of companies, their talent, and their clients.

INDIVIDUAL IDENTITY

Existing customers of Avit and Wingmen will initially experience few changes. Springboard Network serves as an overarching label for companies that retain their own identities, but with an addition to their logo. This way, everyone will know that they are backed by a large network of specialized companies with extensive knowledge, expertise, and resources.
