Springboard Network appoints Holger Brøns Jensen as Managing Director to drive growth towards becoming Europe’s leading Cisco MSSP

Emmeloord, 20 February 2025 – Holger Brøns Jensen has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Springboard Network’s European Services organization. Holger will oversee multiple markets within this division, which includes Avit Group in the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal and Wingmen Solutions in Denmark. With the organization, he will help deliver managed services in all countries including Germany and Norway. Holger will be joining the leadership team under the direction of CEO Kåre Christensen. His responsibilities include expanding the business operations, streamlining and simplifying IT structures, and driving innovation - all with the goal of establishing Springboard Network as Europe’s leading Cisco Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). Furthermore, a key priority of Holger will be implementing a centralized Global Operations Center to provide seamless 24/7 monitoring, faster service deployment, and cross-border coordination.

Holger brings over thirty years of management experience in the IT industry, including nearly fifteen years working closely with Cisco on the customer side. Now, he is excited to bring this experience to the other side of the table. Holger has held various positions, most recently leading Globeteam Managed Services, where he was responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and driving organizational growth. Additionally, he has held management roles at several leading IT companies, such as Asseco Denmark, KMD, IBM, Miracle Hosting, and Krifa. Throughout his career, Holger has developed deep expertise in establishing new IT infrastructures, driving efficiency and growth, and leading large-scale transformative initiatives across both public and private sectors.

Holger is known for his people-first mindset. He has a customer-centric approach and tries to ensure that every interaction and service delivery is valuable and tailored to customer needs. Furthermore, this mindset extends beyond customers to employees, as he strongly believes in empowering team members to reach their highest potential.
