MEDIOR/SENIOR DEVELOPER (SOFTWARE ENGINEER)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

In an enthusiastic team of Developers (Software Engineers) you are responsible for developing user applications, based on user specifications. In addition, you ensure the delivery of the intended functionality. Your tasks also include documenting the developed software and writing manuals, and you are able to develop custom applications. Avit follows Microsoft and uses, among others, C# as a programming language.

You are an enthusiastic team player, able to define a customer specific assignment and test it on feasibility. In addition, you provide a functional/technical design and coordinate with the customer to bring the assignment to a good result. We expect you to use our work offer to gain new knowledge and to further develop your skills.

WHAT DO WE ASK FOR?

Higher Vocational education thinking and working level;
Knowledge of Agile development methodology (SCRUM);
Knowledge of C#, Asp.NET, .NET Core, MVC, HTML;
Minimum of five years of experience;
Experience in setting up concepts/ architectures/ high level design/ design patterns;
Experience with Azure (such as CI/CD, Microservices, Kubernetes);
Analytical and problem solving skills;
Communicative skills in transferring knowledge, getting colleagues on your side in (technical choices), add value from the technology to sales and / or business consultants;
Naming and mitigating technical risks;
Good command of the English language in speech and writing.
